Application Specialist (Clinical Laboratory Equipment)

We are looking for an Application Specialist to join our team and support the implementation and optimal use of clinical laboratory equipment.

Job responsibilities

• Support partners in the installation, operation, and maintenance of clinical laboratory equipment
• Deliver comprehensive training to end users on equipment software, practical functionality, and clinical applications
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues both on-site and remotely
• Participate in industry conferences and professional events to represent the company and stay up-to-date with sector developments
• Communicate effectively with equipment manufacturers and partners regarding technical issues and support
• Maintain consistent follow-up with partners to ensure proper functioning and performance of equipment

Required qualifications

• Higher education in medicine, biomedical sciences, biology, or a related field
• Relevant work experience in the medical or laboratory sector
• Proficiency in Armenian, English, and Russian
• Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills
• High attention to detail, self-motivation, and ability to work under pressure
